What is included for $250/week?
$250/week +GST gets you: one large private office (fits 3 desks), full access to the boardroom, workshop, kitchenette and arcade, 24/7 entry, fast wifi, aircon, drinks fridge (sugar-free energy drinks and sodas), easy on-street parking, and a photoshoot-ready space. No rates, electricity, or body corp fees on top.
What about parking?
Easy and free, right out the front. We're in Marcoola, not Maroochydore CBD, so you skip the traffic and the parking nightmare the rest of the Sunshine Coast is dealing with. Park up, walk in, get to work.
What if my team is bigger than 3?
Easy. We'll chat shared workspace options across the floor or look at combining both private suites. Drop us a line and we'll build something that fits.
How does cowork pricing work?
Flat $150/month +GST for a hot desk. Come every day or just when you need to escape the home office, that's up to you. Boardroom hire is bookable on top.
Are prices GST inclusive?
All prices on this page are excluding GST. We'll send a clean tax invoice for everything, simple.
Can I use the space for photoshoots?
Yes. The fit-out is photoshoot-ready, with a branded wall, polished concrete floors, LED feature lighting, and natural light through big windows. Mention it on your tour.
What's the vibe like day-to-day?
