Welcome to our complete guide on how to link our team to all of your Meta Business Suite for your Instagram or Meta Advertising services. From the screenshots below you should be able to easily find where, and how to add Kaizen Digital to your account.

Linking Your Meta Business Suite
Adding Kaizen Digital on Facebook is fairly straightforward if your accounts have been set up correctly. This step is essential for Meta Ads & Instagram management.
For the purposes of this walkthrough we use Meta Business Suite and your Business portfolio as it is the best way to manage your Facebook & Instagram accounts for business.
1. Follow the link here to go to your Meta Business Manager account:

This should bring you to your Meta Business Suite dashboard which should look something like this 👉
You will know you have set up your Meta Business Suite correctly when you see your FB Business Page and Instagram Icon in the top left dropdown.
2. From there, click the ‘Settings’ icon (the cog) from the bottom left corner to go to ‘Business Settings’:
3. Once you see this screen, click ‘Add’ > ‘Give a partner access to your assets’
Paste in the following ID for Kaizen Digital: 880685771650304
IMPORTANT – Assign all assets with full access (plus advanced/finance options if available):
● Page
● Ad Account
● Instagram Account
● Datasets & Pixels
● Catalogues
It will look like this for each asset you allocate once it is set up correctly!
Facebook and Instagram are connected platforms. For ease of access to your Ads accounts and Instagram planner we need to be able to access your Meta Business Suite.
