Website Strategy Meeting

Our 60-minute strategy meeting will give our team the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of your company’s profitability, goals and branding.
Most important task: Please spend some time finding 2 x websites that you adore and that you would like your website to be similar to. This largely helps us understand your vision as this is such a creative process.
Below are the agenda points we will cover during the meeting:
Discuss the scope of project – including integrations (e-commerce, Instagram, shipping etc.), including menu pages.
What exact results would you like to achieve from your website?
What are your loves and hates of the current website?
Brainstorm design & content on two competitors’ websites.
Deep dive into each page of the menu – we will discuss the profitable objective of page, target audience, call to action, and necessary sections to guide your traffic to the objective.
What are your 4 main unique selling points?
Style of tone and voice of website content?
Important terminology you want used?
Words the team should avoid?
Do you have preferred imagery, fonts or branding the team need to be aware of?
Do you have FAQs or sales obstructions you could share with us.
Built in SEO foundations, what 2–3 phrases do you want to show for on Google?
The Process
Dropbox folder has been shared – please ensure you upload all imagery and the brand style guide. The website build can not begin until we receive all marketing collateral and RFIs. The start date of your website is today’s date or if we are awaiting RFIs it’s the date of receipt of RFIs, imagery and marketing collateral.
The timeframe on your quote represents when you will receive initial drafts. Draft implementation generally takes 1–2 weeks after receipt of feedback.
You have two rounds of drafts included in this project. Please ensure you send all feedback in one document that comprehensively looks at every page to get the most out of your draft rounds. You have two rounds of feedback included in your project.
If you have a payment plan 50% was paid before this meeting and the final 50% is payable upon receipt of initial drafts before implementation of any feedback.
